Atlas Energy Solutions Announces Equipment Purchase Agreements Backed by Cost Reimbursement Agreements with a Leading Frontier AI Lab
Atlas Energy Solutions says two wholly owned, indirect subsidiaries have signed separate cost reimbursement agreements with a leading frontier AI lab to back equipment purchase agreements for data center projects, including balance-of-plant equipment, an incremental 283 megawatts of Caterpillar power generation purchase commitments, and a 328 megawatts purchase agreement for 2027 deliveries.
