Mynd.ai Announces CEO and CFO Transition
Mynd.ai announced that Arthur Giterman will step down as CEO and CFO effective October 11, 2026, and resign from the Board the same day. The Board appointed Bin Shen as Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer effective October 12, 2026; the company says it will search for a permanent CFO.
