Scinai Expands CDMO Business with $5.1 Million Development and Clinical Manufacturing Agreement
Scinai announced a definitive development and clinical manufacturing agreement through its Scinai Biopharma Services Ltd. subsidiary that includes approximately $5.1 million in committed base service fees and expands its Committed Customer Orders to approximately $7.6 million. The engagement covers CMC development and clinical manufacturing for an investigational oncology product with potential uncommitted additional activities valued at $5.85 million for late 2027 through the first half of 2028.
