Teradyne Introduces UltraFLEXplus S Series for Edge AI Applications
Teradyne announced the UltraFLEXplus S series, a single-module extension of its UltraFLEXplus platform optimized for floor space economics in high-mix, variable-volume manufacturing for edge AI devices. The first model, UltraFLEXplus S24, is described as a 24-slot system for engineering and production use and shares the IG-XL software foundation and instrument module ecosystem with the UltraFLEXplus Q series.
